Summer school question....?

I got a very low C+ in Math 11 this year and I want to re-do it in summer school to get a better mark... Do I take the remedial course or the completion course??? And will my summer school mark be a replacement for my in school mark?? ( I am going to ask my counselor about this , but I want an answer on here too) ... thanks!
