How can I make it to LMU( college)?

Or any kind of college. I am going to be a junior in High School and I am determined to get into a college with a scholarship. My grades from freshmen and Sophmore year aren't great. They are C's and B's. Can anyone please help me out. What can I do to make up credits? What can I do to get into Loyola Marymount University? I really am determined. But I have no guidance , and the college counselor at my school sucks. Pretty please someone give me advice. Thank you.
