Do I take him back???

So im working at this camp as a counselor for kids and I've worked here for two years and last summer I had a thing with one of my coworkers named Robert:/ we went out right until the fist week of sophomore year and it crushed my heart I thought he was my everything and I wanted to stay together but he broke up with me because of his friends and it took me six months to finally get over him. But now it's summer again and we work together and apparently he misses me:/ and he wants to get back together what should I do.? What do I say? I think I'm still in love with him but idk if I should give him another chance?
