Would New Zealand survive if physical connections to the outside world were cut off?

NZ is such a small country, so I'm wondering if New Zealand was to lost all physical connections with the outside world, like all shipments to NZ were cut off, would the country be able to survive on its own? Would agriculture, transportation of food, Internet, electricity, etc. still be working without foreign help?
