I need an unbiased opinion, please help!?

people should be hired based on how qualified they are. if PEOPLE in general (men or women) are being hired on a low standard then thats not their fault. if there are that many accidents then there should be a higher standard needed to be hired to fly. thats what i say about it. this shouldnt be a gender thing, but a qualified or not thing..
