I need an unbiased opinion, please help!?

I`m a pilot and I don`t know where you get your info on women pilots. They happen to be the safest pilots from what I`ve experienced. They take less chances and are able to learn much better and faster than their male counterparts. They are not afraid to expose their weaknesses in order to correct them.
