Can I get accepted to UConn?

My grades in High School is ok, but i guess my counselor said it's not good enough for uconn. Also I didn't take algalgebrabecause my high school screwed up and i had to take math connections and math is my strongest subject. I'm doing online college now. So would there be a way that I can get accepted to UConn in Storrs, ct. Also, I'm not so lucky like the traditional uconn students whose parents can pay for a $25,000 tuition every year. My parents are working class people who don't have good credit to afford a college tuition for me. I have no clue how I can afford UConn every year and how a student loan works or financial aid. I need a lot of help. lol
